Do you offer a free consultation?

Yes. We offer a free online consultation. We will ask for your basic details (full name, age, email, contact number, educational attainment, course, profession, medical conditions, driver's license and sponsor details) to assess your eligibility.

What are your operating hours?

We operate 24/7. You can reach us anytime by email at info.crossborderconsultancy@gmail.com or by mobile at +63 947 428 8087.

Where is your office located?

We primarily operate online to serve clients nationwide. Please contact us for any in-person appointment arrangements.

Fees & payment

How much is your visa assistance fee?

Our fees vary per country. We will give you a quote after your consultation. We also have a processing fee, which is non-refundable.

Is the visa fee included in your service fee?

It depends on the country. For New Zealand, Spain, Australia and Canada, the visa fee is not included in our service fee, and you pay it separately to the embassy or immigration authority. For South Korea and China, the visa fee is already included in our service fee.

Is the processing fee refundable?

No. The processing fee is non-refundable. We explain this clearly before you proceed. It covers documentation assistance and processing work regardless of the visa outcome.

What payment methods do you accept?

Please contact us for available payment options. We can discuss installment arrangements depending on the program.

Application process

What documents do I need to prepare?

Requirements vary by country and visa type. During your free consultation, we give you a complete checklist for your situation. Generally you will need a valid passport, photos, proof of finances, employment or school records, and supporting documents.

How long does the visa process take?

Processing times vary by country and visa type. We recommend starting at least 3 to 4 months before your intended travel or study date. We give you a timeline estimate during consultation.

What happens if my visa is denied?

The processing fee is non-refundable because the work has already been done. We can discuss reapplication options and how to strengthen your next application.

Can you guarantee visa approval?

No. No legitimate consultancy can guarantee approval, because the final decision is always with the embassy or immigration authority. What we do is make sure your application is properly prepared, complete and professionally presented.

Data privacy

Is my personal information safe with you?

Yes. By submitting your information, you confirm that the details are true. We collect, store and use your data only for processing your application, in line with applicable data privacy laws, and keep it confidential.

What is the data privacy confirmation?

Before we proceed, clients agree to this: “By sending my information, I confirm that the details I provided are true and I agree that they may be collected, stored, and used only for processing my application, in line with applicable data privacy laws. I understand my information will be kept confidential.”

Reservation add-ons

Is this a real ticket?

It is a real reservation, not a paid ticket. The seat or room is held in your name and shows in the airline or hotel system for the hold period. Embassies generally accept reservations because they advise against buying tickets before a visa is approved.

How long is the reservation valid?

Holds depend on the airline and fare, usually from 48 hours up to about two weeks. Tell us your embassy appointment date and we time the booking so it is active when you submit.

What does the access fee cover?

The one-time fee activates your account and covers your reservation request. If a route or timing needs a different arrangement, we will email you before doing anything.

Can I use it at the airport for proof of onward travel?

Yes, for counters that accept a reservation. Some airlines insist on a paid ticket. If yours does, you will need to buy one.

Does a reservation guarantee my visa?

No. The embassy decides your visa based on your whole application. A reservation only shows your travel plan.

I paid but cannot log in.

Log in with the same email you entered at PayMongo and the PayMongo Payment ID (pay_...) you activated with. If it still does not work, email us with your Payment ID.
