Terms of Service
By paying the ₱399 access fee and using crossbordertravelph.com, you agree to these terms. The site is operated by CrossBorder Travel & Visa Services PH, a DTI-registered business in Muntinlupa City, Philippines.
1. What we provide. We arrange temporary flight and hotel reservations (onward or return itineraries) for clients to include in visa or entry applications. These reservations are holds under your name, not paid or confirmed tickets or bookings.
2. What a reservation is not. A reservation is not a ticket and cannot be used to board a flight or check in to a hotel. Airlines and hotels may release a hold after their own deadline. We do not guarantee how long any hold stays active.
3. Proper use. You agree to use reservations only for your own genuine travel plans and visa applications. You must not alter any reservation document or present it as a paid ticket. We may refuse or cancel service if we see misuse.
4. No visa guarantee. Visa decisions are made solely by the embassy or immigration authority. Using our service does not guarantee approval, and a refusal does not entitle you to a refund.
5. Your information. You must give accurate names, passport details and travel dates. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information you provide. Corrections after issuance may carry a fee.
6. Access fee and payment. The access fee is ₱399 per request, paid online through PayMongo. Your request is processed only after payment is confirmed.
7. Your account. You log in using your email address. Keep access to that email secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
8. Liability. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid for the request in question.
9. Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted on this site applies to new requests.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Privacy Policy
We collect only the personal data needed to make your reservation, and we handle it in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we collect: full name as shown on your passport; passport number and nationality; email address and mobile number; travel dates, destination and visa type; payment confirmation from PayMongo (we never see or store your card details).
Why we use it: to create and send your flight and hotel reservations, to confirm your payment and contact you about your request, and to meet legal and tax record-keeping duties.
Who we share it with. Only with the airlines, hotels and booking systems needed to make your reservation, and with PayMongo to process payment. We do not sell or rent your data.
How long we keep it. Request records are kept for up to 2 years, then deleted, unless the law requires longer.
Your rights. You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. You may also file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
Security. We use secure (https) connections and limited staff access to protect your data.
Refund Policy
